Ayudas y beneficiarios en la multa al Valencia

En el articulo se razona el por qué es injusto que sea el Valencia CF el que deba de asumir en exclusiva el pago de la restitución que le exige la Comisión Europea por una ayuda ilegal dispensada por el Instituto Valenciano de Financias a una entidad para que ésta pudiera comprar un paquete accionarial en una ampliación de capital del propio Valencia. La ayuda se dispensó a la entidad que compró las acciones y sin embargo, ahora la comisión europea dice que el beneficiado es el Valencia CF porque gracias a ello se capitalizó. Los autores discuten esta decisión.

In economies characterized by low labor demand and high rates of youth unemployment, entrepreneurship training has the potential to enable youth to gain skills and create their own jobs. This paper presents experimental evidence on a new entrepreneurship track that provides business training and personalized coaching to university students in Tunisia. Undergraduates in the final year of licence appliquee were given the opportunity to graduate with a business plan instead of following the standard curriculum. The reuse of grape seed is addressed in the production of oil and related oil-processing by-products. The main residue from seed oil processing is represented by grape seed flour. This chapter discusses the relationship between insurance supervisory law and consumer protection within the ambit of Solvency II and the EIOPA system. To this, the article focuses on existing laws, with particular regard given to European rules on insurance supervision. The Solvency II Directive takes as its exclusive objective the protection of insureds and insurance beneficiaries. Solvency II does not address consumer protection. Nevertheless, consumer protection is a significant by-product of the Solvency II rules, in the sense of collective consumer protection. Objective To compare rates of 30-day all-cause rehospitalization in France and the US among patients aged 65 years and older and explain any difference between the countries. Methods To calculate rehospitalization rates in France, we use an individual identifying variable in the national hospital administrative dataset to track unique individuals aged 65 years or more hospitalized in France in 2010. To calculate the proportion of rehospitalized patients (65+) who received outpatient visits between the time of initial discharge and rehospitalization, we linked the hospital database with a database that includes all medical and surgical admissions. When referring to migrants, the collective representation sees them as recipients of services offered by the third sector and not, in the first instance, as actors actively engaged in associative processes. Addressing the issue of the relationship between migrants and the third sector implies, therefore, proposing a change of perspective that leads to think of migrants (also this rather wide category) not as direct beneficiaries, as victims in need, but as protagonists actively engaged in the institutions or as collaborators, experts, employees, therefore paid, or as volunteers, free of charge.

In questo saggio si analizzano i problemi interpretativi che la generica designazione degli “eredi”, quali beneficiari di un contratto di assicurazione sulla vita, pone. In particolare, viene verificato a chi spetti l’indennizzo al momento della morte dell’assicurato, come esso vada ripartito tra i beneficiari e come possa essere risolto il caso della premorienza di uno dei beneficiari individuati negli “eredi”.
